Hobbygroups' season training fees
Harrasteryhmien hinnat koostuvat kauden harjoitusmaksusta ja jäsenmaksusta. Jäsenmaksu maksetaan vuosittain ja kauden harjoitusmaksu aina ryhmään ilmoittautuessa.
The price consists of two parts: the season's training fee, paid each time you sign up for a group, and the annual membership fee.

Jäsenmaksu on PAKOLLINEN kaikille osallistuville jäsenille. Jäsenmaksu maksetaan kerran vuodessa, joko keväällä, jos on silloin mukana toiminnassa tai syksyllä, jos ei ole ollut keväällä mukana toiminnassa.
The membership fee is compulsory for every participating member. It is paid once a year — in the spring if you take part then, or in the autumn if you were not involved in the spring.

Useampaan ryhmään ilmoittautuminen
Signing the same participant up for several groups
Jos voimistelija ilmoittautuu useampaan ryhmään myClubissa, tulee laskun korjaamiseksi olla perheen yhteydessä seuraan osoitteeseen: vsh.harraste@gmail.com. Korjaamme jälkimmäisen laskun 240 €
summasta 180€ summaan. Korjaus ei siis tapahdu automaattisesti, vaan se pitää erikseen pyytää.

If a gymnast signs up for more than one group in myClub, the family needs to contact the club at vsh.harraste@gmail.com to have the invoice corrected. We adjust the second invoice from €240 to €180. The correction is not automatic — it has to be requested separately.

Laskutus
Harjoitusmaksu lähtee automaattisesti sähköpostitse jokaiselle ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä. Maksut tulee suorittaa eräpäivään mennessä käyttäen KUNKIN LASKUN OMAA viitenumeroa! Ilman viitenumeroa maksu ei kohdistu oikealle laskulle.
Jos jäsen lopettaa harjoittelunsa ryhmässä kesken kauden, ei harjoitusmaksua hyvitetä. Ilmoittautunut jäsen sitoutuu mukaan toimintaamme aina kaudeksi kerrallaan.
The training fee is sent automatically by email for each registration. Payments must be made by the due date using the reference number specific to EACH INVOICE. Without the reference number the payment is not allocated to the right invoice.
If a member stops training in a group during the season, the season fee is not refunded. A registered member commits to our activities one season at a time.

Trial session for new members
Mikäli harrastaja liittyy ensimmäisen kerran VSH:n jäseneksi, voi hän kokeilla ryhmässä ensin kaksi harjoitusta ilmoittautumisen jälkeen. Mikäli kahden kokeilukerran jälkeen haluaa lopettaa harrastuksen, tulee siitä ilmoittaa kirjallisesti ennen ryhmän kolmatta harjoituskertaa. Maksettavaksenne jää siinä tapauksessa tutustumiskäyntien ja toimistokulujen hinta 32€, loppumaksun palautamme ilmoittamallenne tilille. Kolmannen harjoituskerran alettua emme palauta maksuja! Muistattehan, että vanhoilla jäsenillä ei ole tutustumiskertoja.
Huomaathan, että kokeilua varten TULEE ilmoittautua ryhmään jäsenrekisterissä ja maksaa lasku ajallaan.
If a participant joins VSH as a member for the first time, they can try two training sessions after registering. If they decide to stop after the two trial sessions, they must notify us in writing before the group's third session — simply not turning up is not a cancellation. In that case you pay €32 for the trial visits and administrative costs, and we refund the rest to the account you give us. We do not refund payments once the third session has begun. Please note that existing members do not have trial sessions.
Please note that in order to take a trial you MUST register for the group in the membership register and pay the invoice on time.

ePassi ja Edenred Virike
Aikuistenryhmät voivat maksaa nyt ePassilla, Ederedin virike-edulla. Maksu tulee suorittaa palvelun kautta joko valitsemalla valmiiksi hinnoilteltu tuote tai syöttämällä maksettava summa. Huomioikaa, että liikuntaeduilla ei voi maksaa jäsen- tai liittymismaksua eikä lasten harjoitusmaksuja. Kun olet suorittanut maksun liikuntaedulla, ilmoita toimistoomme esimerkiksi sähköpostilla (vsh.harraste@gmail.com), niin osaamme korjata jäsenrekisterissä laskun.
ePassi and Edenred Virike are accepted for adult groups only. Pay through the service, either by choosing the ready-priced product or by entering the amount. Exercise benefits cannot be used for the membership fee or for children's training fees. After paying with a benefit, let our office know by email (vsh.harraste@gmail.com) so that we can correct the invoice in the membership register.
We also accept Edenred Virike vouchers. Vouchers can be given to the group's coach in a sealed envelope marked with the gymnast's name.
