Vietä synttärit Kivikon telinesalissa!
Synttäripaketti sisältää 1h ohjattua toimintaa telinesalissa ja sen lisäksi 45 minuuttia herkutteluaikaa ruokatilassa.

Synttäreiden kulku:
1 tunti telinevoimistelusalissa (ohjattu tunti)
Synttärit alkavat ohjatulla tunnilla telinevoimistelusalissa.

Aluksi lämmitellään yhdessä leikkien.

Lämmittelyn jälkeen siirrytään telineille, joissa tehdään erilaisia ratoja.

Lopuksi on yleensä hetki vapaata leikkiaikaa telinevoimistelusalissa.
Ohjeet ohjaukseen osallistujille:

Käytä voimisteluun sopivia vaatteita.

Pidä hiukset kiinni ja jätä korut sekä kellot kotiin.

Toiveita tunnin sisällöstä voi esittää varauksen yhteydessä.
45 minuuttia herkuttelua ruokailutilassa
Lasten jumpatessa ohjaajan kanssa aikuinen voi valmistella ruokailutilan.

Ruokailutilaa voi käyttää herkutteluun 45 minuuttia.

Käytettävissä on pieni keittiö aulassa, jossa on jääkaappi/pakastin, mikro ja vedenkeitin.
15 minuuttia siivoukseen ja lähtöön

45 minuutin ruokailun jälkeen perheellä on 15 minuuttia aikaa siivota tila.

Huomioittehan, että myös juhlavieraiden tulee poistua tiloista tämän ajan kuluessa.

Synttärisankarin perhe tuo tarjottavat, tarjoiluastiat ja ruokailuvälineet.

Varmistattehan, että tila jää siistiksi.

Synttäreiden varaaminen ja peruutusehdot
Varaaminen:

Synttärit varataan MyClub-palvelusta, jossa näette myös tulevat tapahtumat.

Varaus on mahdollista tehdä noin kuusi viikkoa ennen juhlapäivää.

Varaus tulee tehdä viimeistään kaksi (2) viikkoa ennen juhlapäivää.

Synttäreiden lasku erääntyy 14 päivää ennen juhlapäivää.

Lasku tulee maksaa kokonaisuudessaan eräpäivään mennessä.
Peruutusehdot:

Peruutus on mahdollista tehdä viimeistään 14 päivää ennen juhlapäivää.

Maksupalautuksista vähennetään 15 euron toimistomaksu.

Peruutus tulee tehdä kirjallisesti osoitteeseen: vsh.harraste@gmail.com.
Synttäreiden siirto:

Synttäreiden siirto on mahdollista 14 päivää ennen alkuperäistä juhlapäivää.

Siirto, joka tehdään vähintään 14 päivää ennen, on maksuton.
Henkilömäärän muutos:

Henkilömäärän lisääminen on mahdollista viimeistään 14 päivää ennen juhlapäivää.

Henkilömäärän vähentäminen on mahdollista 14 päivää ennen juhlapäivää, mutta maksupalautuksesta vähennetään 15 euron toimistomaksu.

Jekku-Birthday Party
Celebrate your birthday at Kivikko Gymnastics Hall!
Looking for a fun and active way to celebrate a birthday? Come and enjoy a gymnastics-themed party at Kivikko Gymnastics Hall!
Our birthday party package includes one hour of fun, supervised activities in the
gymnastics hall, followed by 45 minutes to enjoy your own food and refreshments in the party area.
Prices
Up to 10 participants, including the birthday child: €165.
11–16 participants, including the birthday child: €230
What does the party include?
1 hour of gymnastics and fun
The party starts with an exciting, instructor-led session in the gymnastics hall.

We begin with fun games and activities to get everyone warmed up.
-
The children then get to explore the gymnastics equipment and take on a variety of obstacle courses and fun challenges.

We usually finish the session with some time for free play in the gymnastics hall.
-
If you have any particular wishes for the activities, you are welcome to let us know when making your booking.
What should the children wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for gymnastics.

Long hair should be tied back.
-
Please leave jewellery and watches at home.
-
Bare feet or suitable indoor socks should be worn in the gymnastics hall.
45 minutes for food and refreshments
While the children are enjoying their gymnastics session with the instructor, an
accompanying adult can get the party area ready.

After the gymnastics session, you will have 45 minutes to enjoy your own food, drinks and birthday treats.

A small kitchen is available in the lobby, with: a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a kettle.

Please note that food, drinks, birthday cake, plates, cups, cutlery and other serving

items are not provided. These should be brought along by the birthday child's family.
15 minutes to tidy up

After the 45-minute party time, you will have 15 minutes to tidy up and get ready to leave.

Please make sure that the party area is left clean and tidy, and that all guests have left the premises by the end of your booking.
Booking and cancellation
Booking your party
Birthday parties are booked through the MyClub service, where you can also see the
available dates and upcoming events.

Bookings open approximately six weeks before the party date.
-
Your booking must be made at least two weeks before the party.
Payment

The birthday party invoice must be paid 14 days before the party date.
-
Please make sure that the full amount has been paid by the due date.
Cancelling your party

You can cancel your booking up to 14 days before the party date and the party fee will be refunded but a €15 administration fee will be deducted from the refund

Cancellations must be made in writing by email to vsh.harraste@gmail.com.

if the cancellation is made 13-0 days before the party full invoice amount is to be paid
Changing the date

You can change your party date up to 14 days before the original booking.

Changing the date at least 14 days in advance is free of charge.
Changing the number of guests

You can increase the number of participants up to 14 days before the party.

You can also reduce the number of participants up to 14 days before the party. In this case, a €15 administration fee will be deducted from any refund.
